Cycle Technician Vacancy

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at a dynamic Cycle shop situated close to the North Wales coast just off the A55.

We are looking for an experienced cycle mechanic who can fit in and work with an established team and can also be entrusted to complete tasks independently. You will work in a modern well-equipped workshop, which offers a range of services to our established and growing customer base.

Predominantly focused on bike building, servicing and repairs, you will provide our customers with the assurance that no matter what happens to their bike they can bring it to our shop for service or repair, you will also play a part in front of house and after sales service.

Qualifications would be an advantage but not a necessity, whereas a passion for cycle repairs and a proven track record within the industry is a necessity. You will have the required skills to work on all types of bikes especially electric bikes, experience of these would be an advantage as would the holding of training certificates in Bosch, Shimano, Yamaha and other relevant eBike systems, but not essential with the right candidate (training will be given). You must be customer focused, friendly and able to adapt to different situations. You will also enjoy building long lasting relationships with local and remote customers alike.
